If you are here it’s quite likely you’re among the unique group of people who do not benefit from traditional goal setting methods. You may be an empath, an intuitive or highly sensitive person or most likely of all a “multipotentialite“. You are likely drawn to rescue work whether it be of animals or people or both! You may have struggled with addictive tendencies or creative blocks. You may, on some days, literally feel like you don’t belong anywhere on the planet, that no one will ever “get” you. You can’t figure out why doing what the books/courses tell you to do still doesn’t work!

Along with my virtual and in person workshops, I am offering individual, very intense, one-on-one coaching using a rich variety of techniques and processes including individualized Young Living essential oils for emotional and spiritual growth, Reiki sessions and mini-oracle card readings. I have found it works best to flip goal setting on it’s head and I will teach you to allow yourself to bring forward the deep essence of your desires. We will pick an image and word to anchor your energy which will pull you with greater ease toward your future. This process is so much easier than you going out searching and hunting for what’s already inside just waiting to be discovered.

Sound easy? It’s not: it’s deeply rewarding and transformative and you’ve got to commit to yourself.

There are three ways to have a deep dive interaction with me and the unique blend of my own experiences and processes in a one-on-one format. While the virtual group workshops are cost effective and you do get coaching the group format prevents a lot of personal exploration into this more personal energy system process so I created these one on one options. This process is not therapy, I don’t see you as broken or dysfunctional in fact quite the opposite. You do what you do for very good reasons and we can find and adjust as needed. My work is forward focused and meant to discover what you want in your life and how to get there as easily as possible through restoring your sense of and access to your personal power.

Diving deep into what it is that you really want is not for the faint of heart! This is work! It’s rewarding for both of us but please understand you will be asked to get serious about looking at your life and face why you are struggling. One-on-one coaching requires commitment and responsibility on both sides.

So if you’re ready let’s roll up our sleeves and get going! No need to worry about the how or what or having to remember details about what happened in the past. We start right where you are now. I listen to what you say and don’t say. Often what is said by silence and on an energetic helps me choose the most effective processes and methods to awaken you to the Truth of who you are and all that you are capable of achieving.

I base my work in the many modalities all of which include my focused intuition, empathic abilities and over 20 years of learning and working with people in practical and effective ways. I am guided to co-create with you the most effective methods to help you access your own Inner Wisdom because at the core of it all I believe we already know what to do – we just need help remembering. We may use guided meditation, chakra and energy system clearing along with processes from Byron Katie, Martha Beck or ancient books like the Tao Te Ching or the Bible.
